joyparamee@evalyn30 Hi there, I think it should fit a Medium. I measured the inside lining of the dress, and it’s approximately 20" across the chest, 20" across the waist, and 21" across the hips. The outer layer is very flowy and measures about 22" across the chest, 26" at the waist, and 28" at the hips. Hope this helps with the fit!
