Vintage Prada Tessuto Nylon Leather Two Way Boston Satchel Black

Authentic Prada two-way satchel in black Tessuto nylon with black leather trim and wonderfully chunky antiqued gold-tone hardware. This is older Prada before nylon bags became quite so… polite. The soft black Tessuto body is framed in substantial pebbled leather, with oversized rings, double rolled handles and long leather buckle straps running down the front and back. Raised gold-tone PRADA MILANO DAL 1913 lettering is mounted directly on the nylon rather than the familiar enamel triangle plaque. The silhouette sits somewhere between a compact Boston bag and satchel, with a full zip top and a detachable adjustable leather strap for shoulder or crossbody carry. The base is reinforced with leather at the corners and finished with four Prada-stamped protective feet. Inside is Prada's signature black logo-jacquard lining with zip pocket and leather Prada plaque. Made in Italy. Condition: Excellent pre-owned condition, particularly nice for an older Tessuto bag. Nylon is clean and presents beautifully without significant staining or damage. Leather remains supple with light normal creasing and minor signs of use. Hardware has the warm, aged finish appropriate to the design with light surface wear. Handles and strap remain strong. Interior is exceptionally clean.
