This is the 2023 Picasso Blue blouse from Tribal Jeans. Very breezy soft and feminine abstract floral sleeveless top. Super chic and very flattering fit. Round neckline and keyhole tie at back. Worn for office with cobalt blue straight leg 80s pants and also wore with cream or tan coloured pencil skirt and off work with white shorts. Funny I didn’t wear it with navy, when really that go very well ! Versatile : goes with many colours and styles ! ((navy, cobalt blue, cream/white). office, boho, jeans…see pics for ideas Please see pics for measurements and fabric .
