It moves like a dream. Gives a great Western Bohemian look. When I purchased it, the original belt had been replaced with a ribbon one. I personally wore it without the belt. You just pull the ribbon out to remove. If you want a different belt, run the end through a safety pin and slide it through until you reach the other end. I will include the ribbon belt already looped through the skirt. If you would like it removed before shipping just let me know.
