andikab Good morning, I just sent them an email a minute ago, but in reality it is only you who can open up a case of a lost item. Unfortunately this happened to me as a seller before, and from Poshmark side the only way is for you to get back your money is to open up a lost package case, but the timing needs to be two weeks or so. Thank you for checking on this though, I was excited to receive them, now I am worried that they are lost! But please, open up a case as soon as you can! Thank you! 😢😷😕
