Aug 01Reply

raeraebop@freakyfox hi i just wanted to give u a heads up that someone reported/is reporting a massive amount of your listings....I’m one of the posh reviewers that reviews listings that are reported by other posters....at least 1 was reported as “offensive” and a bunch others were reported as “replicas” and “mistagged brand” so someone clearly just doesn’t like was your are selling and came to your closet and reported everything it looks like. Just wanted to give u a heads up ❤️

Aug 15Reply

freakyfox@raeraebop Hi doll, thanks so much for reaching out! Is there anyway to stop it or know who is doing it so that I may block them?

Aug 15Reply

raeraebop@freakyfox it’s anonymous so idk who it is, but hopefully it was a one time thing and they have moved onto a new pass time lol! but if you get any emails from posh after today about mistagged brands/replicas (usually they just remove the brand you have on the listing but with replicas they sometimes delete your listing after it’s reported) I would contact posh support and let them know that it’s someone intentionally targeting your listings.

Aug 15Reply

raeraebop@freakyfox it looks like they just went through your closet and reported, reported, reported so hopefully they won’t continue to come back and do it.

Aug 15Reply

freakyfox@raeraebop Yea unfortunately it’s been happening a lot the past month or so, and I can’t figure it out! Such a pain! Thanks again 💋

Aug 15Reply

raeraebop@freakyfox oh no! That sucks, I would definitely contact customer service then and maybe they can do something about it. glad to help ❤️ Good luck!

krae1011Hey, I'm assuming you make alot of your stuff, because it's so different. Question I got the Aurora shirt belt, and it's a tad to small , I need a medium what do you suggest as far as adjusting it like adding material, can you do that?

Apr 13Reply

freakyfox@krae1011 Hi doll, I’m so sorry it didn’t fit you... unfortunately I don’t make that one and it is only one size.

Apr 13Reply

freakyfox@krae1011 You can take a hair dryer, out it on low to medium and hold it about 6” away from the material to relax it a little bit... but don’t hold it on there too long

Apr 13Reply

krae1011@freakyfox do you guys sell that type of material that I can sew on, or rig it. I want to wear this skirt so bad lol

Apr 13Reply

freakyfox@krae1011 I’ll see what I can find love...

Apr 13Reply

freakyfox@krae1011 You could punch out where the button snaps are and lace it closed with a ribbon? Just a quick idea...

Apr 13Reply

krae1011@freakyfox that's a good idea

Apr 13Reply

kh_23250Hi 👋 I've purchased your cute purse.

Oct 03Reply

freakyfox@alynnn626 Sorry that you feel the need to comment, although you’ve never purchased anything from me. Many stores sell the exact same products, including my shop, Dolls Kill and many others. Everyone has a right to set their own price and no I can’t always be the same price as what other mega companies can... I’m a small boutique store and I do everything myself. Thanks

Mar 03Reply
