g_alfonse You sent me some Cedelar jeans size M, womens. If you provide me a label, I can ship them back to you. I’ve ordered the Sperry Blur corduroy size 12 shoes, and you originally sent a different style size 11.5 accidentally. We have the shoes worked out, as I was refunded and then made the purchase again for the correct pair. The jeans are a separate topic, but wanted to let you know they came my way.

g_alfonse @emilyjohnson12 I’ve tried, but it doesn’t give me the option, it asks for a subject line and then takes me to an instruction page that isn’t resolving the issue. There isn’t instructions for “Received an unordered item.”
