I believe fashion is freedom. Hi I’m Stephanie. When I was young we didn’t have a lot of money so thrifting was something I was used to doing and I remember being embarrassed having to wear secondhand clothes. As I got older I found that if I switched my attitude around and tried to make it work for me, I could find some really amazing unique things that gave me the ability to express myself in ways I didn’t think I could. This began my love for scavenging all things unique. As humans we want to be seen so we can feel connected and fashion is a great way to jumpstart how you’d like to be perceived. Your choice. Hi Steph, after mulling it over, I would sell you the gold kimono for your offering on the black. It’s a beautiful fabric, equally well made functional vintage art. I don’t have the obi but I will include a coordinating tie. Stunning weave with movement and catches light from the sink threads. Crazy beautiful and would be fabulous on your brunette self. Goddess like. Just throwing it out there. All good either way. 😊

@rrmodernvintage Oh dear. There’s some confusion. I am willing to part with the gold kimono for your price, not the black one. The gold flecked one is also beautiful and rare. Family crests and the craftsmanship is in the weave. Great as a robe or w jeans and a tank, shorts, swimsuit cover up. If you’re interested just send me the same offer on the gold one on my closets.
