thegobackrack @claudyb1111 I heard back from Posh. If you could kindly open a return on the shoes, just use the reason, “Item not as described”. They will email you a return label abd you can ship them back to me. I am really sorry for the inconvenience and will get your correct shoes out ASAP!

claudyb1111 @thegobackrack Hi there! I'm SO sorry it took me so long to get these shoes back to you. They're en route! I rarely mail anything and it takes me a bit effort to mail something out. I work a lot so I hadn't had the time to mail this back to you until yesterday. You should be receiving those shoes soon via UPS. Would you like the tracking #? Also, you should have been paid the money because I never got a refund. I'm hoping you still have them? I also paid about $11 to send them back to you:)
