BCBG wrap blouse

Absolutely gorgeous royal blue peplum blouse with amazing details. Slight asymmetrical hem, beautiful blousing on the back. Tight around waist. Buttoned cuffs with roll up option. NWT, never worn. Button missing on inside (wrap connection). Wears fine without and is easy fix. Reflected in the price. Otherwise perfect condition. I wish it fit me!
