Black Tee Shirt with Ruffles

Dressy black top with t-shirt material, ruffles on front. One small defect** - a small hole at the seam on the bottom side of the top. This can easily be sewn as it's right on the seam. I am not fixing it because I am not a professional and I don't want to mess it up. You can only see the hole by pulling the material. Please refer to the last two photos.
