@byancey2000 Hi Brenda. I understand. I’ve never cancelled an order before but my understanding is that it’s preferable for the party who wishes the order be cancelled to do the cancelling. I believe you can do this by clicking on your user name (at the bottom right of your device), clicking on “My Purchases” - then click on the shoes you purchased. Scroll to bottom and select “Problems / Order Inquiry” - cancelling will be an option for you there. Let me know if you have trouble.

Aloha, it took me awhile but I would love to re-offer on your Old Gringo Savannah boots. I went thru cancer awhile back and I still have bad days. Not that that’s your problem but I feel I owe you an explanation in case you thought I was flaky. I’m 64 and my 4 kids are grown and those boots remind me my youth. If you haven’t disposed of them PUHLEEZE I would really appreciate it.
