So the one thing I might suggest, please refrain from making passive aggressive comments on the note. That's not really a 'love note' when you tell someone they probably 'did the best they could' when you wanted tissue paper. It was not advertised that I would use tissue paper, so while I appreciate your opinion, please don't punish me for your opinion.
