Designer Blouse

This is a statement piece blouse. It buttons behind a lapel type front that folds back away from the buttons all the way down the front. Embroidery all over in circles/swirls. A jacket style seam across the lower back. Quality Cotton fabric gives this garment the ability to hold its shape. Excellent worn condition. I found one small pale yellow spot that is completely behind the 'lapel' and would not be seen. I have owned this long enough that its almost Vintage. Measurements: p2p 23" arm length 22" shoulder to hem 22" Fits more like a M-L (our model is a (M/L and it fit her fine.)
