EST 1946 blouse

Beautiful black blouse with gold and yellow flowers and blue and white geometric design. All the white is bubbled like brail it is so beautiful as is the material very comfortable no itchies easy to wear doesn’t wrinkle easy great for travelling, vacation or work. The size says XS but IMO it fits up to a MED so plz see measurements, it is meant to be loose hanging with a small tie in front.
