Yes, I look at all offers, and answer all questions! All reasonable offers will be accepted, I’m very flexible when it comes to price. Don’t lowball PLEASE- if your offer is 50% or less than the asking price I probably won’t accept it I am on here all the time so feel free to ask questions, I’ll usually respond within an hour.
