julpro @famousthings Hi, it looks like Poshmark automatically approved an order for return. Ideally I’d like to keep and take it to get cleaned, would you be willing to give me the partial refund directly through another app? Poshmark won’t let me name them here. Thanks!

famousthings @julpro Hi Julie - I completely agree that what you're suggesting makes sense in theory, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way with Poshmark. They won't release any funds to me until the seller accepts an item. So you won't get credit back for $130 on your credit card until you ship the dress back to me. You will need to ship the item back (they should send you a label), I will receive it and then list it again (I will message you) and you will offer the reduced amount I offered.

famousthings @julpro Then once you offer that reduced amount, I will accept and ship it back to you. I am so sorry about all of this. Another option is for me to have the dress cleaned to make sure the stain is removed and then list it again for you. Either way, the dress needs to be returned and we have to start over! You need your money returned from Poshmark and that requires returning the dress to me (I pay for shipping).

julpro @famousthings I really appreciate the offers, but I’d like to take the dress to a wedding next week and I don’t think I’d be able to get it back in time. I will drop the case and the money will be released to you, and ideally we could make something work outside of Poshmark but if you’re not comfortable with that I completely understand 😊
