onemorecolor@blueb1rds Thank you! I just found the "new poshers" tab in the app and followed/greeted several. Funny I enjoy shopping on Poshmark way more than I enjoy shopping IRL (except for thrift-shopping ... and makeup ... and nail polish ... oh yeah and books ... LOL)

bettinasimCongratulations on being a survivor!!! 🎉🎉💕💕 Welcome to Posh!! I'm still learning myself!! I absolutely love it though. I've met so many nice people. My advice is to share and share often. The more Posh love you send out, the more you'll receive!! Make sure you participate in follow games! Don't be overwhelmed with the responses, just do what you can!

Mar 19Reply

chicbombHi Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to look at my closet listings and stopping by to say hello. I truly appreciate the kind words.thanks for the love! Don't forget to have fun while you are listing your items. it doesn't have to be perfect..natural lighting is best. I will you great success in selling your items:)

Mar 22Reply

onemorecolorThanks so much for the advice! I do enjoy listing, and photographing, but haven't had much opportunity to do natural light photography since I'm usually listing at night after literally every other thing I have to do that day. :) I do plan to re-take my photos of clothes with natural light and probably start doing my jewelry with natural light at some point as well!

terri_treasuresSchmatte?! Learned a new word today!! Thanks!! I’ve heard of schmutz!

Jun 24Reply

onemorecolor@terri_treasures You’re welcome! I learned it from the Stones song, “Shattered”. It runs through my mind when I look at all the stuff that I haven’t listed yet! “Schmatte schmatte schmatte, I can’t give it away on Second Avenue” ... I’m guessing he was quoting somebody from the Garment District that he overheard on the subway or something. Literally in Yiddish it means “rags”. 😂

Jun 24Reply

terri_treasuresI have a friend who speaks Yiddish so I thought it sounded familiar!

Jun 24Reply

Jul 05Reply

onemorecolor@dmullins54 That’s so cool! We should have a meetup or something. I’m not super hip to the restaurants in Seattle, as I am in Bellingham (about 1-1/2 hours north of Seattle) but I get down there pretty often!

Oct 14Reply

onemorecolor@05teddy11 Thanks, you too! We are just a few blocks from Bellingham Bay so it has to get realllly cold before we get any snow. But I’m a cold-weather wuss, grew up in southern Cali where a “cold” day was 50 degrees lolol 🌴
