Halterneck Ruffle Top

Beautiful Halterneck Top, has ruffles below the neck with oval opening. It’s see through top. It has blue green leopard pattern. -its flaw is the bottom end of the blouse, it has 5 snags(as shown in photos). You can tuck it in a pant or under the upper layer to hide it.
