I got a 1 star rating (the only one ever!)from some ridiculous lady who complained the boots she bought were old and dirty. They were factory distressed & she'd have known that if she bothered to read the description. The best part was that she demanded a refund, not having read (once again!)that by submitting that rating she finalized the transaction! 😝
