Hi there! I am so sorry that the item you received wasn't up to your standards. I don't use regular detergent on my kids clothing because of allergies. I use plant based detergent. I am not sure why you would comment about cleanliness since I handwashed and hung dry before shipping. Was there a stain or was the color off? Once again I am so sorry you weren't pleased🌺
