What's your method? School is super demanding and OMG, the homework! I'm immersed in homework. It's stressful, but my brain is getting a great workout. lorettacoe @jerichosoul I am just now starting an excessive routine, I’m 50 and I want to try to get my body in the best shape I can, I live a low carb lifestyle however my trick is, every week I take one day to indulge myself with the foods I’m not suppose to have, let’s face it, who can live without rice and pasta!!

jerichosoul @lorettacoe you're inspiring me to get a grip on my diet. I've been sick on and off, but steadily since October, so my exercise routine has been disrupted and my diet has gotten sloppy. School has been my priority, so everything else gets less time and attention, but I need to refocus on what I'm eating. Too many carbs, I'm sure.

lorettacoe @jerichosoul It’s so easy to let our bodies go, especially women plus I have hypothyroidism so it’s even harder for me to keep my weight down, I notice that some other posher’s is buying stuff I like...1 more week is all I have to wait

jerichosoul @lorettacoe I have hashimoto's (hypothyroidism) as well. My thyroid blew completely in 2006 and I went from 10i lbs to 160 in a year! After that, I just kept gaining, even after I was put on synthroid and then armour. I found out in 2010 that I was allergic to those, which is why they weren't working for me..

jerichosoul I started taking nature throid at that point, and my weight gain slowed down. I'm also on a compound pharmaceutical called LDN for autoimmune disease. I have lupus and several other autoimmune diseases also

I discovered I had hypothyroidism when I was like 120 all of a sudden I was 180 lbs!!, My cousin had lupus and for years and years they didn’t know what she had, I wonder if I’m not allergic to my thyroid pills, it doesn’t help me with my weight control at all

I'm filled with self doubt throughout the whole process, but I love it too, so... I use several different paints, but Angelus Paint is the main one. Keep me posted ❤️
