I went over each shoe, cleaned/disinfected them, as it is a part of my standard procedure prior to shipping. @gimme_a_deal I didn’t mind the little bit of dust on one of the heels. I appreciate your need for feedback.💗 I noticed it looked like some spot that were scratched or chipped were colored in with a marker, I didn’t see that in the photos or description so I was a little taken aback. On one of the the shoes the outsole is loose and lifting. I understand these are second hand so I didn’t expect them to be perfect I just wasn’t aware that it was more than the chips in the front. 💗

@rgvtx thank you for getting back with me. The dust on the inside of the heel where the clear acrylic plates slide into the groove of the black heel for the invisible effect would not completely clear. The chips/scratches were noted in the post as you wrote. There was no other damage to list. The outsole sits inside the the base of the shoe surrounded by a micro thin setback where the rubber is nestled & snugly fit. I noticed the unique design when I measured the the entry for you.

@rgvtx as I mentioned above, my descriptions are one of the high points of my Closet along with packaging. You noted in your feedback that the flaws you noticed weren't seen at a regular distance. Which flaws were you referring to? We agree on the chips/scratches at the tips that were already noted on the listing. Was it the dust? I wouldn't imagine that it would be the outsole, because it's underneath the shoe and nestled inside of its base. 🤔
