I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Rheanne and I’m a Canadian girl living in beautiful Sonoma County, CA. Most of what I will be listing is my very own. andie47Hi there. I just saw your comments about the purchase of the duvet. I am very sorry that you weren’t 100% satisfied. I did just want to note, that the duvet was never shown in original packaging. Those were the shams, and that is why the listing only listed the shams is new in packaging and not the duvet. Once again, I’m sorry that you were disappointed.

I think maybe my confusion was the I think 7th picture, it showed like a burlap cover for the duvet cover but if that was for the sham then I was definitely confused. Thank you for clearing that up 🥰 I went to go adjust the rating from 4 to 5 since it was obviously confusion on my end but since it’s been over a month since my purchase it won’t let me! Please accept my sincere apologies!
