midwest_mommy Good afternoon Alyssa! I just saw your rating for the snow boots. I feel terrible they aren't working out for you. I wouldn't have sold them if I knew there was a defect on the inside. That deems them uncomfortable and unwearable. That is unacceptable in my book! I know that you have already excepted the item. I'm still kind of new to Poshmark. Is there anyway they can be returned back to me for your full refund? I want to make this right.

midwest_mommy @alyssasmith94 Hello! I just reviewed Poshmark's Return Policy. Looks to me like you have to report a case within 3 days after delivery. Then everything gets looked over and Poshmark makes a decision. It's been a long while since I wore those boots. They were a size too big for me and been sitting in the closet ever since. You are my first unsatisfied customer and that is upsetting to me. Thank you for being understanding.
