LUV, LUV,LUV your Make-up. May I ask what Brand on Eyeliner? I can't find any that doesn't get crusty looking after applying. It could be due to my age but, I keep trying Different Brands & it gets old spending $$$$$ just to end up throwing it all in my crap drawer!
