jleighb_07 Hi! My husband just bought the Ambercrombie Jacquard Floral Jacket (L) using ApplePay which had the wrong shipping address. Is there a way to change the address? The link to Edit Address takes us to page that says “Order not found.” He purchased it before creating a profile, so it’s showing up under My Purchases either. Sorry for the trouble! We appreciate the help!

Here’s a link to a poshmark support article regarding changing delivery address https://support.poshmark.ca/s/article/935877978?language=en_US If you had already tried what is instructed in the article and weren’t successful, then I believe the only option be for me to cancel the order and you (or your husband) would need to repurchase the jacket. Please let me know if you would be willing to do this. Thanks

jleighb_07 Yes, if you could cancel the order so that we could just buy it again, that would be great! It’s not letting us edit the address (order not found). We’re really sorry for all the trouble! Could you let me know when you’ve put it back up for sale so we can grab it straight away before anyone else gets it? Thank you so much! Again, sorry for the trouble!
