francine318Hey the item i purchased doesnt work. Did no no power up before you sold to me? It only works when plugged into the ac charger. I wemt over user Info ect,but after days of charging it still doesnt work

katvt@francine318 Hi Francine, I'm so sorry to hear what's going on. My roomie and I plugged it in and it worked for us but we did not charge it 100% to try it without it being plugged in. U can either pic anything u want or I can refund your moola an u can ship the product back, or I'll post a bundle of the best most expensive makeup an purses. We just have to figure out what would make u happy. I'm terrible sorry, thanks for writing me😊

katvt@ramonabias I definitely am interested my boyfriends account was somehow put together w/mine an ithat’s why every time I go to purchase something it’s not going through so posh has to disconnect his account from mine because that Pos is no longer in my life so LOL I’m sure we all have these issues or understand them but I will definitely bundle it and put it together as soon as I can get posh to disconnect his account from mine
