zeroinfinity I have no idea how to contact you about an order error. Apparently my package was sent to someone else and they've been instructed to sent it to me. This was a time sensitive item, I need it before thurday, will I still receive it in a timely fashion? And how to I send them theirs? I dont have a printer.

mrskayteev @zeroinfinity I am so sorry. You have to open a case and mark it as wrong item received. I accidentally mixed up the items shipping labels. I am so sorry. This never happened to me before. My biggest apologies. The person who received your item was sent a label to send it off to you. You will get a new label to reship the item you received to them. So sorry for the inconvenience.

mrskayteev @zeroinfinity the other person was asked to forward on your polo shirt. I cannot tell you if it will be there on time, by Thursday. Again, sincere apologies. As for you not having a printer to print the label, I am not sure how that works. Did you open the case to report that you received the wrong item?!! Please do so ASAP! That way we can get this handled.

zeroinfinity @mrskayteev you sent us each a shipping label, you have both tracking numbers. I just checked the shipping label you sent me and it was delivered to her two days ago because I resent it back out on saturday when the post office opened. And yet I'm still waiting for mine. Not that it matters since I needed it by today and now I'm SOL. You could easily check the tracking numbers.

You've not once offered to refund my money. All you've done was apologize for a mistake and then not even bothered to check back. This was your mistake. You've certainly not done all you could to make it right.

I would appreciate some respect and if you could stop demanding things from me, that’d be great. If you need help, please reach out to poshmark. If you want a refund, fine. But you have to go through poshmark. I personally cannot process this. You purchased my item through poshmark. My hands are tied.

The other buyer only shipped out my package this morning. I would like a refund, I am currently contacting you through poshmark, you sold the item, you should be able to process the refund.
