zeroinfinityI have no idea how to contact you about an order error. Apparently my package was sent to someone else and they've been instructed to sent it to me. This was a time sensitive item, I need it before thurday, will I still receive it in a timely fashion? And how to I send them theirs? I dont have a printer.

mrskayteev@zeroinfinity I am so sorry. You have to open a case and mark it as wrong item received. I accidentally mixed up the items shipping labels. I am so sorry. This never happened to me before. My biggest apologies. The person who received your item was sent a label to send it off to you. You will get a new label to reship the item you received to them. So sorry for the inconvenience.

As for you not having a printer to print the label, I am not sure how that works. Did you open the case to report that you received the wrong item?!! Please do so ASAP! That way we can get this handled.

I just checked the shipping label you sent me and it was delivered to her two days ago because I resent it back out on saturday when the post office opened. And yet I'm still waiting for mine. Not that it matters since I needed it by today and now I'm SOL. You could easily check the tracking numbers.

You've not once offered to refund my money. All you've done was apologize for a mistake and then not even bothered to check back. This was your mistake.
