So you can get an idea of how my clothes fit me, and therefore whether they would fit you: I'm 5'3", about 120 pounds. Bra size 34C. I generally fit easily into a size medium, or 6 women's, 7 juniors for clothes; 6 to 6.5 in heels, or a 7 in regular shoes. I have to remove the tags from almost every top I wear because they irritate my skin really bad, so my clothes may be a brand name, but often won't have a tag left to prove it.
