marla623Hello, I had a few questions I wanted to ask privately, if possible through email.

Jul 13Reply

shopafrolic@marla623 Hi - I don't think it's possible to exchange e-mail addresses on Posh, not without having them out there for the whole world to see, LOL. You can ask me anything you want here, and if necessary I can delete it, if it's something you don't want on here forever. I can't delete my own comments though, just those from other people.

Feb 12Reply

recherchejkHello. Some time ago, a couple of months I believe, you had a pretty Robin egg blue blouse from Talbots in a 22W for sale. i revisited as I now need just such a blouse, but can no longer find the listing. Is it no longer available? Thank you.

Mar 05Reply

shopafrolic@recherchejk That was sold, sorry.

Mar 06Reply

alchemystoreMy order Graham & Spencer jeans just arrived today & I appreciate the fast shipping & lovely packaging however the listing never mentioned nor shown in photos that original silver button was removed and replaced with a not so nice looking wooden one. This type of button belongs on a coat or sweater. So if I want to tuck in a top you see this ugly button plus it's light color stands out. I hate to complain but I also wouldn't of purchased due to this.

Jun 04Reply

shopafrolic@alchemystore hi, I just reviewed my photos and you can see in the close-up photo that the button doesn’t show at all, doesn’t it button to the inside? I’m just a bit confused. If you’d like to return them though that’s fine, just open a request with posh.

Jun 04Reply

alchemystore@shopafrolic Please look @ your 1st stock photo. Yes u can button inside which is strange. Not supposed to be inside. In your photos it just looks like it is unbuttoned so u can't see the wooden button at all. Plus it is larger than button opening so it is hard to push through. You should have mentioned a diff button was sewn in.

Jun 04Reply

shopafrolic@alchemystore yes, I missed that. Please open a return request, so sorry for the inconvenience

Jun 04Reply

rufflesndenimThank you for all the shares! Love your closet!!!

laura_ellis313Hello! About a month ago I ordered the blue suede coke haan loafers from your closet. While they show they have shipped, the tracking number does not provide any information indicating my purchase has shipped - it says that’s it’s still awaiting arrival to the shipping facility. Do you have any additional details for shipping and tracking on this item?

Mar 04Reply

shopafrolic@laura_ellis313 Hi - I don't have any additional info, sorry! I'll reach out t Poshmark support and see what they advise.

Mar 04Reply

laura_ellis313@shopafrolic thanks so much! I’ve tried to reach out to them but haven’t been successful! I’m not a seller, just a purchaser, so maybe you’ll have better luck?

Mar 05Reply

shopafrolic@laura_ellis313 I'm not sure, but I'll let you know as son as I hear anything back.

Mar 05Reply

shopafrolic@laura_ellis313 Hi - have you received this yet? If not, you can go to your purchases page and click on the report a problem drop down box under this purchase. That's probably going to be the best way to resolve this and at least get you a refund if the package doesn't turn up.

Mar 12Reply

laura_ellis313I’ll check tomorrow - mail has been on hold. Thanks for looking into this from your side’ I’ll let you know!

Mar 14Reply
