rachelrapp93Are you ever going to ship my items??

Mar 16Reply

lilmissmidwest_@rachelrapp93 They were shipped Tuesday! I see tracking hasn’t updated, I’ll get in touch with the post office and get back to you. This has been happening pretty frequently.

Mar 16Reply

rachelrapp93@lilmissmidwest_ yeah I got a notification on here you never shipped

Mar 16Reply

rachelrapp93@lilmissmidwest_ I feel like you're being dishonest. If they would have shipped Tuesday they would have been here. It even sent me an alert that you HAVENT shipped yet. Starting to feel like you could possibly be a scammer

Mar 17Reply

lilmissmidwest_(1/2) @rachelrapp93 If that’s how you feel, you can go ahead and cancel the order. If you do that, I just ask that if you do receive the package you either return it or contact posh to accept it.. Please keep in mind I’m not the bad guy here. This costs you frustration and no money, while I just lost $50

Mar 17Reply

lilmissmidwest_(2/2) @rachelrapp93 worth of product and my seller stats are being absolutely trashed because this package “never shipped”. I have had one displeased customer in months of selling on posh, and I quickly resolved the issue (damage in shipping). I assure you I am not a “scammer”. I will still keep you posted when I hear back from my local post office, they couldn’t find record anywhere of the package as of earlier this week when you contacted me.

Mar 17Reply

rachelrapp93@lilmissmidwest_ just frustrating when I am a single mom who spent money I did not have ordering from you and it has not arrived yet and posh is telling me it never shipped and you're telling me you shipped it. Any other time I have ordered Any thing on posh I receive my order within 3 days of placing it. Very frustrating.

Mar 17Reply

lilmissmidwest_@rachelrapp93 I feel the frustration! I’d like to add, your card shouldn’t have actually been charged for the order. It should stay pending and not actually withdrawal until the purchaser (you) “accepts” an order. If your orders are being processed and withdrawn before you receive them, you should def contact posh support.

Mar 17Reply

rachelrapp93@lilmissmidwest_ still not received

Mar 21Reply

lilmissmidwest_@rachelrapp93 I FINALLY FIGURED THIS MESS OUT. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Your package is en route!

Mar 21Reply

rachelrapp93@lilmissmidwest_ so you finally shipped it then

Mar 21Reply

lilmissmidwest_@rachelrapp93 Your package shipped Tuesday, March 13th. It needed an updated label after it was returned to an area post office (EC, wis) so I went so far as to drive there with a new label, repackage your items, and reship.
