JS Collections blue silk

There are two of these adorable silk-like dresses! They have a black belt detail and POCKETS! Unfortunately only the size 10 has the matching spaghetti straps. If I find the other ones I’ll tie them on to the 16. Both sizes are true sizes, so if you are a 10 or 16 it will fit. The 16 is $10 less than the price listed.
