These are from Jacob (Canadian brand which was great quality at a reasonable price) SO CUTE and Classic! They have a JCrew feel. They are mostly cotton with some stretch and they are navy and white. They are closer to midrise. They are in EXCELLENT condition, only wore a few times and packed away in a bin (I have too many clothes and finally going through my bins)They would look great with a t-shit and sandals for warm days or vacation OR dressed up with wedges and a blouse.
