planetplur @shayynuh I just checked out your hoop and omggggg its friggin awesome. But I'm Deff not looking to invest in an LED hoop until I really downsize (I JUST ordered a 32 in poly pro and is like to et down to 30/28)

lostandfoundd awh thanks girl! it's a size 29OD which really means it's a 30 ID, it's too big for me. i downsized from a 36 to a 28 and had no problems! I think you'd love it

planetplur @shayynuh yeah I only got this one two months ago from civica creations for .. $130-$160 I forgot how much exactly but when I upgrade to a smart hoop I'll Deff buy yours if I feel like it's my size. But wow ! Yeah I started at 38 in cause that's what was recommended for some 5'4 and I'm currently using my 34 poly and 32 led

planetplur I've only been hooping since Halloween! Lol @shayynuh but two years ago my old roommate introduced me to flow toys and had hoops and poi, I never really felt connected with a hoop so I did poi for a bit but in September I decided I wanted to hoop after going to festivals and seeing people do amazing tricks so I ordered them and they came 10/30/14.

planetplur And since then I've been a constant annoyance at family gatherings and at shows and festivals always bringing My hoops wherever I go 😂but it's really so kind opening and a great way to get in touch with your body. I can honestly say hooping has changed me

planetplur @alicekaaos Just to add input, I would try a 34-36 100 psi hoop (aka the beginners hoop) but if you want you could even try a 34-36 inch poly pro (3/4 tubing). The beginners hoop tubing is heavier so it slows the rotations of your spins and allows you to have time to learn your tricks and master the basics. Poly pro would normally be the next step up when you accomplish your basic weave, vortex, and palm spins and isos but for every person it's different. So the bigger and heavier, the slower✨

lostandfoundd plur babe is right! hopping is also an investment and a practice. you'll find different flows with different diameters. if you have a size in mind, defiantly go for it! xo this is awesome :) happy hopping to u both
