foxytenn @sarahlgood hello! I'm extremely disappointed in Posh's communication. I have written them 4 times & emailed with customer service twice. he said today customer #1 ordered a return request & customer #2 has not. besides this email I have received the dvds. I don't want you to wait another day from my mistake. the DVDs are in the mail tomorrow & ill send you the confirmation #. the other customer didn't want the DVDs so feel free to keep them. again my deepest apologies!! sarahlgood Hi There. thanks so much for all of your efforts and explanation :) I really appreciate it :) I just really wanted for the knots dvd's for my sick mother. She only knows how to use her DVD player and regular tv. She doesn't seem able to be able to work any of the new stick/devices so I try to keep it easy for her! Also, I was going to buy Upstairs Downstairs from you as it was only 5 dollars too, but didn't have much to spend now, so with shipping and all, which more than the dvd, I couldn't :(

foxytenn @sarahlgood hi! your mom is a step above my mom! my mom doesn't know how to use her DVD player, even with written instructions my hubby gave her. 😂 so we are heading out of town for 2 weeks. by chance can I get your mailing address? Fred is the sweetest furbaby ever! he's staying with his "people" (boarders). he has the best time there. 🐕💗
