sarahlgoodHi There. I ran out to get the package just now at my mailbox and it was there, but when I opened it it was not the Knots Landing DVD's I ordered :( It's Modern Romance DVD's. I guess you mixed up the shipping. Can you send out the Knots Landing DVD's tomorrow? I can send these back to you, Thanks :)

sarahlgoodHi there hope you had a nice Thanksgiving weekend. I am just checking in on this once again. If you don't hear back from them (which I don't understand why you wouldn't the product they bought is so different) can you contact Poshmark or something and get this back from them to send to me? I really still want it thank you

foxytenn@sarahlgood hello! I'm extremely disappointed in Posh's communication. I have written them 4 times & emailed with customer service twice. he said today customer #1 ordered a return request & customer #2 has not. besides this email I have received the dvds. I don't want you to wait another day from my mistake. the DVDs are in the mail tomorrow & ill send you the confirmation #. the other customer didn't want the DVDs so feel free to keep them. again my deepest apologies!! Julie

foxytenn@sarahlgood one quick thing... can you please send me your address? posh has removed your address. sorry for the inconvenience! you can email me at foxytenn@aol.com so your address isn't out for all to see. thank you!

sarahlgoodHi There. thanks so much for all of your efforts and explanation :) I really appreciate it :) I just really wanted for the knots dvd's for my sick mother. She only knows how to use her DVD player and regular tv. She doesn't seem able to be able to work any of the new stick/devices so I try to keep it easy for her! Also, I was going to buy Upstairs Downstairs from you as it was only 5 dollars too, but didn't have much to spend now, so with shipping and all, which more than the dvd, I couldn't :(

sarahlgoodBtw, Fred is really cute!

Nov 29Reply

foxytenn@sarahlgood hi! your mom is a step above my mom! my mom doesn't know how to use her DVD player, even with written instructions my hubby gave her. 😂 so we are heading out of town for 2 weeks. by chance can I get your mailing address? Fred is the sweetest furbaby ever! he's staying with his "people" (boarders). he has the best time there. 🐕💗
