I thought you might like to know that I contacted the Anuschka company regarding the flaw you saw in the new bag you purchased I took multiple pics of the bag They paid shipping I sent it to them.They just contacted me that the area I think you saw as a flaw was due to each bag being hand painted & unique & not actually a flaw. I asked for any area that might be defined as a flaw touched up. They did free of charge & paid return shipping

beckypa @rrhaefner I'm glad they did this for you! The spot on the purse was not due to it being handpainted though, so hopefully they fixed the defect that was there. It was up near the top trim of the purse. It was definitely a gouge out of the leather. I tried looking for the photos i took of it, but must have deleted them.
