katzkoz @makeupgoddess40 Hi....yes. USPS will only insure up to $50 I believe. If U want more insurance on it, U can purchase it at the Post Office. But, in the 4 years I've been here, I don't think I've ever had anything lost.

makeupgoddess40 @katzkoz I mailed the item I wanted additional insurance on. The clerk said she couldn't add it because there was no amount on the Poshmark prepaid postage. I have an expensive fur coat I wanted to sell. I'll check another location for their answer first.

I'm going to need this info when I contact the post office. 3 packages handed to the clerk at the same time. She scanned all 3. Only 2 (lesser value) packages show leaving Tampa. The vintage Gucci package which I asked for additional insurance (was denied) is the only package not scanned leaving Tampa distribution center.

katzkoz @makeupgoddess40 Hi, I'm not home right now (in a Dept store) but, this has happened to me also Sometimes 2 out of 3 R scanned but they show up. It's a holiday season and sometimes the 1st scan just doesn't show up but it will later. As far as the labels, there's always a way to find that out even if it's deleted.
