jhoff545@urbanyogi I did rely on both. But I was surprised at the color and shade when I opened the box. For example if someone lists an item as "green" but in the picture it looks blue, I would think the product looked more blue in person. Because of the stark difference in color from the pictures I gave you 4/5 stars. And I didn't expect photoshop and never even mentioned that. Taking your photos in better lighting might help you capture the color better. I didn't mean to insult your shop.
