lanadelarrey@krholt hey love! just saw your rating. first of all, i am so sorry for the delay. that was totally my bad due to a crazy couple of weeks at work. secondly, i was wondering what about the sizing was mislabeled? i bought it from someone else and they were too big for me, and i simply listed the size the same way they did. please let me know if i can ship you anything else in my closet free of charge or at a discount to make up for it :)

krholt@lanadelarrey Busy life is understandable- I have a 10 mo. old so I get it. And the shoes are labeled a 7.5 on the sole. Just a bummer because even though I think I can make them work with inserts, the 7 probably would have fit perfectly.

eliselaurasmithHello! I would like to ship out the lucky brand mules you have purchased. However, I live in Texas and the post office has been closed since Monday. I will to ship tomorrow if the roads are not icy. I am very sorry for the delay!

Feb 18Reply

krholt@eliselaurasmith oh gosh, no worries! If you haven’t shipped yet, you can feel free to cancel the order. I don’t want you to have to worry about getting to the post office during such a crazy time! I hope you are well and staying warm!

kyfletchHi, I'm following up with the shipment of the Sven clogs. I haven't received a shipping confirmation and looks like they are still pending shipment scan. Please let me know. Thanks, Kyla

Apr 07Reply

krholt@kyfletch hello! I dropped them off at the post office yesterday mid day, so I’m not sure why they haven’t started tracking yet! My assumption is that they will at some point today.
