3_cs_closet @khareem22 I honestly had to get some help to kick start it. Talk to your doctor about weight loss meds and management. After that, I had to change a lot of my diet, some because I finally realized it was tearing me up like milk, some because I refused to bring it to work like pop. I also drink either a meal replacement or smoothie for breakfast, because I'll lazy and will never cook.
