kwoodall88 Hi Audrey, I purchased a pink vera wang bag from you about a month or so ago. However, upon opening the box, I found that the bag was fine BUT THE STRAPS WERE TORN TO SHREDS - I'll be happy to send you pictures. I've been in the hospital for the last month or so, so didn't receive/open the box until I got home. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I paid $32 for this bag, and I want a refund please, not withstanding the policy of 3 days and 5 days. I was not able to comply with the policies. Kristine Woodall
