Hi Mary, I’m out of town until late Saturday but I did bring your bundle with me incase we could agree on terms so I could ship out quickly. I’m on “vacation mode” until late tonight since I wouldn’t be able to ship anything else out until Monday. If you are still interested in bundling I should be back online tonight.

@808things Hi Mary, the craziest thing happened just now. Your package came back to my house. I have no idea what happened. I used an old amazon box to put your items in and something must have happened to the label and somehow they must have used the old mailing address on the box.

I will be sure to get it out again first thing in the morning and will make sure the label is clear and secure. I have shipped over 25 packages this last month and this has never happened. I checked the tracking a few days ago and it looked like it was on the way. I am truly sorry. I have never experienced anything like this with Poshmark. Please let me know if you think some kind of further action should be taken. Again, I am so sorry.

One more comment, I wanted to let you know that I surely printed and attached the label as I had to drop it off at the post office and the worked weighed and scanned in the box for me to confirm I had printed off the right weight. I am so confused how this happened. I have contacted PM to figure out how to print another label.

@alifratza1 thank you for letting me know. I was wondering why he tracking stalled for days after it left the original facility. Can you resend it with the same label through USPS if you bring it back? I’ve never sold through Poshmark so I don’t know how it works.

@808things Typically I could just reprint a label but since the status of this package is “shipped” it will not allow me to reprint. I have searched for a phone number for pm but they are only contacted via email. I have sent two messages trying to get another label. If I don’t hear from them soon I will pay for it myself. I feel terrible but please know I’m doing all I can at this point.

@808things Again, I really can’t understand how this happened. Each time I secure a label with three pieces of packing tape. I can’t imagine how it came off. I will keep you posted.

I still haven’t received any correspondence from PM. Typically when an item is delivered and received, the funds are sent to the seller. If there is an incorrect tracking number in the system I’m not sure how that would work but I hate that you don’t have your items yet. If I still haven’t heard anything by the morning (EST) I will mail them myself and figure out payment later. I’m so sorry for the hassle. I’ll be sure to update you will a tracking number.
