Hello. I am sorry to hear about the one Fitbit. Both worked the last time I tried them. Have you fully charged them?

@kfisher228 yes they were both fully charged. And the rose gold one seems to have taken the charge since the light flashes on the back and it vibrates it just continues to have a black screen so I can’t sync it since the code to sync shows on the watch display and when I try to sync it vibrates so I know the code is going to the watch but since the screen stays black it does not display the code that I need to enter on my app to sync.
