@randoh1 Hi!! Haha donβt worry itβs a confusing one and it actually works 2 different ways! It can be a Choker with one side double Leather strands and the other side the hand beaded leather with the skull in the middle...or you can wear it with the leather part as the choker (1 strand on each side) & the skull in the middle...

@randoh1 but the beaded leather strand hangs straight down from the skull. Itβs super cute both ways! The lobster claw clasp should fit right into the extender chain. If there is a problem just let me know and Iβll make it right for you!! :)
