allirocksss Hi there! I want you to know I am so sincerely sorry that there was a hole in the shrug. I always disclose any imperfections on clothes in photos or if there is damage that is bad I just won’t sell it. I never ever try to be deceitful or scam people. I am so upset that I missed the hole and mailed it out to you like that. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this right and I truly hope you accept my apology/know this was a complete accident on my part.

bohemiandesi @allirocksss I checked the "refund" process. Looks Iike I cant anymore. Since I "accepted the order" I think I have crossed that stage to return. I guess I have to work on fixing the hole somehow via a local tailor. You can send me some boho jewelry or whatever else you would like, you have my address. thx
