thatisadeal I don't believe that Posh will allow you to just return park of the bundle of Zanella pants - basically you can't pick and choose some you like and some you don't especially when you are paying $43 for a bundle of pants that cost $1000 when new.

goodtreasure @thatisadeal The point is that two of the pants were pee stained. It is not a matter of choosing some that I like. I bought the pants for a reason, which is to be able to wear them. You listed the pants as clean when they have not been cleaned. The soiled pants are not wearable. That is the point of the matter. Why would you list and sell pee soiled pants?

thatisadeal @goodtreasure You are correct - I did not verify the crotch of the pants when I purchased & listed them - this is not a normal part of my inspection process - my mistake - I guess my overall point is that Posh will not allow you to just return part of a bundle and then prorate a price for some of the items while you keep the rest. If you want a refund you can return all of the pants - otherwise you will need to cancel the return and keep all of the pairs. Let me know which you decide!

goodtreasure @thatisadeal One question for you. Where is your apology for selling and mailing soiled clothing? Your description of the bundle of pants as cleaned and in excellent condition was false. Two out of five pair of pants with heavy pee stains, as you’ve seen in the pictures, is unacceptable. Any pee stains is unacceptable for pants posted for sell. Your description of the listing was false. That’s poor service on your part, at any price point.

thatisadeal @goodtreasure Like I already stated - I do not inspect the inside of dress pants for pee marks so I didn't see these - my intent was not to create a false listing - I have sold 1000s of items - if you are looking for me to just recognize that I missed this, then by all means, please accept my apology - in terms of returns - you are more than welcome to send back if you would like. I just reached out to explain that Posh will not allow what you are suggested originally that you would like to do.

goodtreasure @thatisadeal This buyer experience has been very poor. You’re stuck on the price of the item or how many items that you’ve sold before. It was a horrible experience to discover heavy pee staining in two pair of the pants. It essentially ruined the experience. If you’re not fully inspecting the items that you post for sell, you are in fact falsely listing the items.

goodtreasure @thatisadeal Clothing that is Preowned has to be checked for soiling and should be cleaned before sell anyway. It’s a waste of time to buy items with a clear expectation that they’ve been cleaned (As you stated in your listing). Then discover disgusting pee stains in two pair of the pants. You don’t seem to understand the disappointment of this experience. Then you admit that you don’t check for soiling, which is surprising for someone who’s sold thousands of items.
