Hi there. You ordered a candle from me just awhile ago, and unfortunately I had to cancel the order. Poshmark only allows so may reasons why, so I had to pick that "the item got damaged". That is not exactly the case. The candle was accidentally burned for about an hour by a family member who came across it and decided to try it. It seems I have a teenager who found my hiding spot.

I didn't want to send you a candle that was advertised as new, but had been burned. It also is not fair to charge you for an unused candle that was used, if only for a little while. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. If you are still interested in this candle anyway, let me know in your reply and I will relist it at a discounted price and you can purchase it if you desire. PM should be notifying you and issuing you a refund very shortly. Again I am so sorry, please forgive me.
