27annie Hi Coco- Thank you for purchasing the AE jeans and silk shirt from me. When packing your items I saw that sadly, the shirt has a small tear in the seam underneath the arm. I can’t imagine that you want it in the damaged condition. Please let me know what you’d like to do. Happy to make a new offer in the jeans alone. I’m sorry for any inconvenience.

27annie @coco4911 I’m sorry but due to the PM automatic reserve of $3 on this order, reducing the shipping would leave me almost no earnings, especially since I lowered the price on my most recent offer. I realize that the added cost for shipping on single items is not ideal, but you can maximize savings by bundling with another item.

coco4911 @27annie Hi, I received the jeans but, unfortunately, there’s a hole at the bottom of the left belt loop that, understandably, you must have not noticed. It looks like the belt loop was torn from the jeans and then there was some attempt to repair it.

27annie I looked at the sellers’ options for “sold” orders. It looks like you can choose the Order Problem option on your end snd choose “Item damaged” or a similar option and/or “request a refund”. I’m so sorry for the hassle. You’ve been very patient re: your original order.
