kickinknickers @democracystyle Hello again! I did receive the eye shadow today by accident. Do you know when you sent out the conditioner and if there will be a tracking number to follow the shipment? I am not sure if there would be a cost on my or your end to send back the eye shadow...? democracystyle @kickinknickers Let me investigate, you might be able to send it back for free if I treat it as a return? Then you would get a refund, and simply repurchase the Pureology as a separate transaction. Would that work for you?

democracystyle @kickinknickers Bummer! I would have thought it would have arrived by now. 🙁 I’ve reported the package as shipped but not tracking to USPS. They said in the auto email that they will first search my branch before processing my claim. Can you give me an a extra day or two, in case they locate it?
